REALTOR.COM INFORMATION:
Every MLS listing comes
with a basic REALTOR.com listing included. It can take up
to 72 hours for your REALTOR.com listing to be seen online
because REALTOR.com is not
"instantaneous" like your local MLS.
We are capable of
expanding your REALTOR.com listing by adding up to six photos, a
customized, 2500 character description (as opposed to the
"canned" description that comes from your MLS), and a 50
character "headline". This option does not come with the
basic listing. If you'd like to add this option, it is an
additional $125, but all photos are free when this option is
chosen.
OTHER MLS
INFORMATION:
If you live outside the
Denver Metro area, such as Boulder or Castlerock, you have the
option to place your listing in both Denver Metrolist
and your other local MLS. This creates the maximum
exposure for your property. The cost is nominal at $200
extra for each additional MLS.
In order for your
listing to be processed as soon as possible, you will need to
fill out the Listing Input Form in its entirety. To do
this, you may need to go to your County's website and do a
property search. To get to your County government's
website, please click here:
http://www.accessmymls.com/counties.htm
Your PIN # is your
Parcel ID #. Your taxes will come from your county
Assessor's web page.
Please fax your
completed Agreement and Listing Input Form(s) to our MaxEMail
#303.539.9881. This is an electronic fax account and will come
through e-mail. This is a really nice service
and it's free to receive faxes. We highly recommend this
service, as you will be needing to receive faxes from Brokers.
You can get your own MaxEMail account at
www.MaxEMail.com.
If you need forms or
contracts relating to the sale of your home, you may obtain them at the Colorado Real Estate
commission's website at the following link:
http://www.dora.state.co.us/real-estate/contracts/CONTRACTSII.htm
You also may
want access to the Department of Regulatory Agencies' database
of licensed real estate brokers. The link to this page is:

Another form you should download and fax
back to us is the Definitions
of Working Relationships.

calls will be returned within 24 hours, but most of the time
within 6 hours or less.
