REALTOR.COM states that listings on Realtor.com with the most photos get up to 6 TIMES more page views than listings with no or only 1 photo.  Put your best foot forward and make sure your property is seen FIRST! 

Realtor.com also has implemented a new option when someone does a search.  These questions pop up after a buyer enters their search parameters, but before any properties are shown:

As you can see, REALTOR.com is promoting "more photos and Virtual Tours" for listings.  What does this mean for YOU?  It means that more photos mean more page views which means more exposure for your property.

This is the difference between a basic Realtor.com listing and an Enhanced Showcase Realtor.com Listing: 

BASIC:

You have no control over what Realtor.com pulls from the MLS in this option.  Typically, 1 exterior photo will appear.  Notice the "canned" description starting with "Single Family Property"...

You have much more control over what Realtor.com pulls from the MLS in this option.  Your listing will have:  up to 6 photos of your choice, a 2500 character description, 35 character headline, 55 character scrolling marquis (not shown in this example below) and optional open house notices (additional minimal fees apply to update open house notices).  Notice how this person has a beautiful description, starting with "Enjoy Panoramic foothills views...".  So, how do you want to present your property?
